I have just had my final inspection on my car port and back room. All OK.
But still have so much to do.
New front door
repair to polished floor
finish plastering in the laundry
New back door
Finish the concrete in the car port
Fit clear screens to back veranda
and paint the outside of the house.

Now with the 4 car car port in the same position as the one car shed, I have limited space to build a shed.
My best position is against the fence. So what fire rating do I need and how do I achieve it.

Hi Ray, well done on getting your final inspection. If the shed gets built against the fence, in our area i had to be 200mm in from the boundary and i think the wall height was allowed to average 3.2m high.
