i just got my building permit for my shed. I am going to build it myself so i had to apply for an Owner Builder Consent "Victoria" On the application it says it was only suppose to take 3 weeks but they are under the pump and it took 5-6 weeks. The wait was very frustrating and now the weather has changed and there is a fair bit of rain around. Has anyone else experienced longer delays?
